Had a good week. Ran every day. Been really enjoying watching the olympics, it encourages me to get in tip top shape. Back home from camp, we'll see how it goes. Would love to know when weigh in is since it changes every 30 minutes.
Steven, you are too funny! This week was very rewarding, exercised and tried to keep up with my precious Brennan, who is faster than a race car. Have the date of weigh in really changed? Have a great week!
Had a good week except for the fact that I can not seem to stay away from McDonald's tea-again. I owe $2. I was told that the day had changed to Labor Day because our Georgian relatives would be coming home. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Does everybody want to wait until Labor Day? Let a sista know.
Did not work out as much this week, but ate pretty well. It will be a close race this time. Owe nothing, have a great week.Oh yea, Alma said she blogged in on last week, she is not in her office this week.
No rats involved. Since the Georggia relatives will be here for Labor Day weekend it was decide that the weigh-in would take place then. Don't worry, if you haven't done so well another week won't really matter. If you have just keep it up for anothere week.My week was great. No french fries this week. Didn't even think about them. I go to the vascular surgeon on Wednesday to see what he plans to do about my leg. Depending on what all is invloved this maybe the end of my participation in this little ventute. If I can't exercise, I can't compete. So think good thoughts.
Well, I don't think I'm winning this round. I can't seem to get control of my eating. I think I have too much going on. I'm not eating french fries, because I haven't been eating fast food, but I've been eating everything else. Steven sabotaged me this week when he brought a king sized snikers bar home and I ate the whole thing. I did walk and even ran two miles this week. I'm going to try to pull myself together and win round three! I don't know if we will be able to make it to Sparkle City for Labor Day weekend, so it makes me no difference which weekend we weigh in.
No rat, I suggested that we weigh in Labor Day weekend when we all migh have a chance to come together in the Big Burg since it's a holiday. I had a decent week last week. I thought it might be fun weighing in and making a little get together out of it one evening that weekend over a nice salad. I think the I's agree with me. Quit being a hater drumm dogg!2 Sweet
This Georgia boy want be home for labor day...taking another trip for labor day and my birthday.
Hello Everyone, things are going pretty good for me. I have been walking in the mornings so far three times a week, I hope to keep it up. MaryRuth my prayers and good thoughts will be with you on Wed. and please keep us all updated on the situation. I also just want to say that I am really proud of everyone! It seems like each one of us are trying to focus and make positive changes in our lives, and the great thing about it is that we are doing it as a family. I have no idea how all of this will turn out but I feel like we are all winners at this point. See you on Labor Day weekend:) Love you
Well, I guess I"m the only Georgian coming to town for Labor Day. I was hoping we could all get together maybe Saturday night or Sunday after church since Mother Dear is doing the scripture at her church for their Women's Day program. We could do something easy and quick, maybe meat and salad. Does anybody have plans? My only plan was to come home. Let me hear from you. HOLLA at a sister! I know I'm nowhere near winning because I've gone the opposite way but anyhoo a good fellowship would be good to take the place of the shame of not losing anything. Mary, I'm praying for you and will call you in a few.2SWEET!
Let me know, what the plans are, I'm open.
