I hope everyone had a great weekend. I didn't have to work so I did. I'm voting tomorrow and for the first time in years I am excited to see how it turns out. Brennan was a great pumpkin for Halloween check his blog out to see some pics. I lost a pound this week so I am happy with that. November is a big month for losing weight– Say no to fast food. I had a great week lost 2lbs. and looking to lose some more weight. Pray for Mary Ruth she's having surgery on Thursday for a torn ligament(hopefully that's the right term. Stay focus and continue to eat healthy!Go vote on Tuesday!

I think I lost a pound. I'm starting to lose track with all of this going back and forth. I weight 140 lbs. I haven't had any bread but sure did want a biscuit really bad Saturday morning when the girls got a chicken biscuit from McD's but I didn't give in. I voted a month ago, so if you haven't already, go out there and do your thing. Later.

Well, today is a new day and I can't look back. I'm holding steady with my weight. I don't owe any money, but I ate a lot of candy over halloween, YUCK! I'm waiting for Steven to come home as I type this so I can go for a run!

This week didn't go as expected, I gained two pounds but did manage to stay away from the chocolate candy the girls brought home from the Fall Festival. GO OBAMA!
