My jar is at 10 bones.... Chik-Fil-A gave Kerry fries on accident and I ate those jokers. Every greasy last one of them. I took those waffles fries and dipped them ever so slowly in that barbecue sauce! It was fantastic. Other than that I had a great week. We played some ball and a lot of golf. Ate plenty of yogurt and drank lots of pomegranate juice. This is my weight loss tip of the week. Right before bed eat a half cup of cottage chesse and drink a glass of pomegranate juice. You are guaranteed to drop one pound overnight! Have a good week! Drum-dogg

DITTO ON THE NO COMMENT. My jar has $42.00 in it and I need to mail Nickie $5.00 for forgetting to blog last week. This week was a busy one for me with VBS so I can't say it was better but it definitely wasn't worse. I got plenty of walking exercise with the children. I think the Huffs will be booking their reservation real soon. later!

Hi Everyone! I am happy to say that I lost 2 more pounds this week. I will not say what my total weight loss is because I do not want any of ya'll trying to figure out my precentage. Drum-dogg, I am going to try your cottage cheese suggestion. I had to put $2 in my jar. I am up to $14 as well. I only worked out 2 days this week, but I ate better this week. I had to pay $2 for a glass of tea-that sucks! See you all on the 4th of July. Have a great week.

Had to pay $2 more and I plan to pay $2 more on the 4th of July. I am still working hard on the weight loss. I will not tell how much I have lost but I have dropped a pants size. Watchout now!!!!!!!!!!!

Drop Poundz is your little tip valid? Well everyone I had a pretty good week. Ana and I walk once and I'm getting some good workouts at work. I'm not scale ready yet but I am getting in the right frame of mind. It's a good thing I got 2 more months. Reading the write ups everyone is doing so well!! I cant wait to see who is going to be the BIG loser.

Well, I have begun weight watchers again. Points, points and more points. This past week was a good one with no extra dollars in my jar. I'm glad everyone had a better week. It was much more encouraging to read the good news! Keep it up! - Kerry (I couldn't get Steven logged off the computer)

Hum, well Huffman and I have started running again and we ran three days last week, that felt really good but since I'm growing my perm out my hair is as tight as a rat's behind. ahhahahhha Thank God we get our hair done on Thursday. My eating has been okay, I put $2.00 in the jar. William and I were downtown and gave in to the Krispy Kreme hot doughnut sign. It was good, can't complain. Later,
