Well I owe $4 for this week. Not a good week. Too many sweets too. Need to get on it. Nothing else to say. Just need to try harder next week. Too much money is on the line .
Hello Everyone! Hope you all had a better week. I owe $2 for the week. My Momma gave me a Dove milk chocolate w/almonds candy bar for Mother's Day. I tried to resist but could not. I did well as far as my work outs - even increased on somethings. This upcoming week will be better.
Not much to say. Still working hard to rid myself of these pounds, do not owe any money, and plan to keep up the hard work.
Haven't done anything special for the week nor do i owe any money. I have to get more motivate and pick it up this week.
Well, I owe $2 this week. We celebrated my nieces birthday at Red Robin and they have unlimited french fries. I couldn't resist them with my burger. Steven and I did run 2.6 miles yesterday which was good, and I walked every other day. I think I've lost a few pounds. I'd like to run every other day.
I was doing good until I skipped breakfast and found myself very hungrey, so I had fries with my sandwich at Wendy's. My exercising is still 4 to 5 times a week,so I'm holding on. I have 4.00 in my jar. H vae a great week.
Owe tow bucks for this week. Bringing my bucket total to six big ones! Ate fries at Red Robin, they have all you can eat fries! Who in the heck has all you can eat fries! Anyway had a good week. I have lost about four pounds since I stopped drinking cherry 7 up. We ran a few times last week. Kerry is almost up to a three mile run. Hope all is groovy. Be easy peeps. Drumm-dogg
Let's all do a 5K in Spartanburg or greenville this year. Those who don't want to run can walk it! It will give us something else to work towards!
Hi People, this week was ok, I owe $2 I ate some pringles. My free day helps but I'm still having alot of cravings. My exercise needs to be alot better I'm still just doing my room exercises. Ana and I plan to play tennis and walk this coming week so I will let you know how it goes.

Here is a lowfat recipe for those of us with a sweet tooth."ambrosia parfaits"Prep time:10 minutesIngredients:3 containers of vanilla nonfat or lowfat yogurt1- 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained2 cups of Honey Nut Cheerios1 medium banana,sliced to make 1 cup1- 11oz can mandarin oranges, drained1/4 cup flaked coconut,toasted4 fresh strawberries, slicedMix yogurt and pineapple. Place 1/4 cup of cereal into each parfait glass.Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt/pineapple mixture on top of the cereal.Add another 1/4 cup of cereal and 1/4 cup of the sliced bananas.Add another 2 tablespoons of the yogurt/pineapple mixture.Top with orange segments.Add remaining yogurt/pineapple mixture.Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with strawberries.ENJOY!
I'm signing in now since I'll be in the Burg on Monday. This week has been wonderfully fattening. I've done a lot of walking. I've attended several functions at my girls' school with wonderful food including sweets. I owe $6.00 for this week. Which puts my jar at a total of $24.00. Hey, I'm not upset about it. I messed up! I had Wade's mac n'cheese. That is only $4 for me so far.
I have resigned myself to the fact that I will probably owe $2 every week because I have to have fries at least once a week. But other than that I am doing pretty well. Do anyone try the parfait recipe? Have a good week.
