Shedding the LBS???

Well I hope everyone had a great week. I (Kerry) ran 10 miles yesterday for the first time in my life! (In the rain, I might add). I was helping a friend who is training for a marathon. It felt good to get a great workout in, but my knees are paying for it today. I did not lose any lbs this week, but I did run three times. I hope to get back into the habit now that the weather has been beautiful! We can't wait to see everyone in three weeks for Brennan's 1st Birthday! I'll be sending out his invitations this week!

Good morning everyone! This has been an okay week. I did not do alot of exercise but I have been very busy. Lost 1 lb this week, owe another $2.

Hey,
My weight has stayed the same,still working out at least four times a week. I don't owe any money and really hadn't missed drinking sodas. This healthy challenge is really exciting,especially when you and others can see a difference in your appearance. One guy in the gym thought I was a student, maybe a grad student,but nevertheless a student.I didn't tell him I am a MiMi:)I want to dye my hair any suggestions?

Lost two pounds by cutting my portion size down. New healthy desert idea try it this week!




Use 9 x 13 inch aluminum or Pyrex baking dish.
Combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter. Pat mixture into bottom of pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Beat together:

2 lg. eggs (or 3 med.)
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat 15 minutes. Pour this mixture over the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Over these 2 layers arrange:

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) strawberries, if possible better fresh
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple or tidbits, drained well.
Top all with 1 large container of Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed nuts (this is optional). Refrigerate overnight. Keep refrigerated until serving time. Cut into small pieces, a little goes a long way.

Hi people, I had a hard week this week. I owe $2 and I gain a pound. when they say you are what you eat they are right. I have been on point with my workouts but I have to get my self in check when it comes to my eating habits.
I have to agree with you MiMi this all is kind of exciting. When I think about a smaller me with more energy and way more confidence I smile, and to think we could all be seeing something in the mirror that we can truely be proud of!

I lost one pound and I'll take it. I don't owe anything. The bread thing isn't as bad as I thought. I've been walking 2 miles 4 days a week and working out with the girls the other days. I have another motivation. I put my check in the mail today for my 25th class reunion. I really do want to look my best come November 7th. I also want to look my best for Mr. Brennan's birthday party. The girls were looking at his blog saying he looked skinny. I told them that's what most babies do once they start walking. I didnt lose not 1 pound this week...I think it is because I didnt get to exercise this week, but you better know that Im back on track this week! Ya'll have a great week!

Hello everyone....Im just so delighted to be 21 years old today...feels good! I did indeed lose 2lbs this week so yall might want to watch out, Im coming for that money...still dont have a good workout ethic, but it will come! Hope everyone has a good week!

It's been a good week. I haven't lost any weight but I haven't had any chocolate either. I'm getting ready to kick it into gear, Cooky's too excited about her reunion. I gotta show them whose the man.

Sorry I didnt get to check in last week. I know I owe 10 dolla but since i'm going to win, i'll just give it to myself when the time comes. I owe 4 dolla for soda and chorizo. oh well i've still lost four pounds in the last two weeks. Maybe I'll even start working out.
